FIFA World Cup 2006 – Germany
 

OPTIMO™ was selected to play a pivotal role in FIFA's system architecture, as the core software HUB from which the complete hospitality program was managed and controlled; OPTIMO processed over 450 million Euros of hospitality packages throughout the course of the event.

OPTIMO™ provided interactive seating charts, table plans and car park allocations to deliver a consistent service to 375,000 corporate hospitality guests (paying public, sponsors, family & friends & VIPs etc) attending 64 matches in multiple boxes, restaurants and marquees at 12 world cup stadiums.

OPTIMO™ worked with FIFA's ticketing system in the UK & Spain and the fulfilment partner's (Conceptum) system in Germany, to enable a complete end to end solution.
